Thank you for shopping with Midnight Ashes. We want you to be satisfied with your order, and our return policy is designed to be simple and transparent. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Unique Product Disclaimer

  • Our quicksand luminous AirPod and iPhone cases are all unique. The liquid flow, glitter distribution, and glow effect may vary from product to product.

  • The glow-in-the-dark effect requires charging under direct sunlight or strong light. Glow intensity and duration may vary.

  • These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund or return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong item or model.

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective (must be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery).

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Incorrect phone model ordered by the customer.

  • Used products.

  • Gift cards and final sale items.

  • Items that differ slightly in appearance, glow, or glitter flow compared to images/videos.


4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Returns must be sent to our fulfillment center (address will be provided after you contact us).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
