  • The glow-in-the-dark effect requires charging under direct sunlight or strong light. Brightness and glow duration may vary depending on light exposure and environment.

  • Product images and videos are for illustrative purposes and cannot guarantee exact replication.

  • We make every effort to keep stock information updated, but availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Due to the unique nature of our quicksand luminous cases, small variations in glow, liquid movement, or glitter placement are not considered defects and are not eligible for free returns or refunds.

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of:

    • Wrong product or phone model received

    • Items damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with clear photos or videos provided)

  • Incorrect model selection (e.g., ordering the wrong iPhone version) is not eligible for a refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.
